We come to you, look at the room and talk through what isn't working. There is no charge and no obligation.
A written quote with the scope set out line by line, so you can see what you are paying for. We help you choose tile, tapware and cabinetry.
Strip-out, plumbing and electrical, waterproofing, tiling and fit-off — the same team throughout. We tidy the site at the end of each day.
We walk through the finished room with you and put right anything on your list before we call the job done.
It depends on the size of the room, the condition of what is behind the walls, and the fittings you choose. We give you an itemised written quote after a site visit, so you can see exactly what each part costs.
No. Our own team handles every stage. It is the main reason our customers come to us, and it is why we can answer for the finish.
Yes. We hold QBCC licence 15217915 and our ABN is 90 662 704 921. You are welcome to check the licence on the QBCC register before you engage anyone, including us.
We give you a date range in the quote and plan the trades around it. If your job has a fixed date — a settlement or a move-in — tell us early and we will work to it.
Yes. We go through the selections with you so that what you choose works together and suits the room, rather than leaving you to guess from a showroom catalogue.
