218 Renovations is a Brisbane renovation business. We take on bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and full home renovations, and we do the work ourselves.
Every home develops functional and visual problems over time — leaks, cracks caused by movement, and ordinary wear. These take away from living in the house, and in time they take away from what the house is worth.
Most renovation businesses solve this by bringing in a different subcontractor for each stage. It is cheaper to run that way. It also means nobody is responsible for the room as a whole, and when something needs to be put right, the owner is the one chasing it.
We handle every aspect of the work ourselves instead. It is a commitment to the people who hire us, and it is the only way we know of holding the standard of workmanship we want to be judged on.

We handle every stage of your renovation ourselves. There is no rotating cast of trades, and nobody points at somebody else when something needs to be put right.
Leaks, movement cracks and damp usually have a reason sitting behind the wall. We deal with that first, so the new work lasts.

Settlement dates and move-in dates do not move. When a job has to be finished by a certain day, we plan the trades around that day.
