Bathroom, laundry, toilet and the downstairs floors, all finished before the move-in date.
A couple had bought their first home together and wanted the bathroom, laundry and separate toilet renovated, along with the old tile and carpet through the downstairs living area replaced. All of it had to be finished before they moved in, and that date could not move.
We planned the trades around the move-in date and worked through the bathroom, laundry and toilet while the downstairs floors were stripped and re-tiled. Every selection was the owners' own. The house was finished on the day it needed to be.
