The step over the shower hob removed by re-running the drainage, then retiled in travertine.
The tiling was dated, and the shower had a high hob to step over. For owners who intended to stay in the house, getting in and out was becoming harder than it should be.
We re-ran the drainage so the shower floor could be brought level with the rest of the room, which removed the step altogether. The room was retiled in travertine — the finish we are asked for most at the moment — and finished with white cabinetry and nickel tapware for a clean, modern look.
